Deploy Error 53

I keep getting error 53 on deployment. I have firewall disabled, simple file sharing enabled, old AV uninstalled. I have attempted to use DOMAIN\admin as well as the local admin account.

Admin shares enabled at the client, and Network Discovery should be on.

Sometimes I will custom install a client to see if it is talking to the console, or not, as a test.
