Ok a little backgound this is for a school with a little over 200 computers at the moment. We are using windows server 2008 standard edition on our domain islwr.edu. I am using the administrator account and password under Login accounts. Domain: islwr.edu Username: islwr.edu\administrator and then our password but i am getting this
08/20/13 22:36:51: COLACCILAPTOP: GetAccount
08/20/13 22:36:51: COLACCILAPTOP: not found in domain list
08/20/13 22:36:51: COLACCILAPTOP: Finished with error

Any ideas why? I have tried using * in domain. not using .edu in domain, or username and both… can not get it to work.

Have you tried using just the regular domain and not the full TLD?

i.e., if you login to your domain with facstaff, which is actually facstaff.islwr.edu, then try with only facstaff instead of islwr.edu.
