Deployment problems one after another

Installed the ADNM fine, discovered the computers in AD fine, but that is as far as I am able to get.
( I will say that several ADMN default configurations use ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES like ( %AVASTPATH% )that were not installed with the software so that was a problem before I even made it to the below items. I manually added these)

  1. It seems strange that when I created an installation package (that apears to be sucessful) the destination directory is blank and has NO files inside it, I would expect something to be copied over there. Is this supose to be blank… say untill at least 1 sucesful deployment happens?

  2. I chose my personal laptop (firewall dissabled) as a test to deploy to and I used my network credentials (I am enterprise/domain admin). The deployment fails and says “failed (Access is denied) – Please check the Remote Installation logs for details.”

2a) I cant locate the Remote Installation logs to help myself so I’m totally stumped, too many issues so I am asking anyone who can assist

Fixed this problem but this is not the way this software should work…Version 4.7.657
When building a deployment task… it asks under the LOGIN ACCOUNTS for 3 things
DOMAIN
USER
PASSWORD

dispite the DOMAIN given the package tries to loginto the PC as PC\USERNAME and not DOMAIN\USERNAME obviously this failes each time.
I got this to work by prefixing the username with the domain name… which is totally stupid especially after already providing this informaion under the DOMAIN field >:(

Viewing the Log files

Click on the Menu button.
Select Log viewer.

should say …

Viewing the Log files

Click on the View button.
Choose Show AMS Logs.
Now choose the log file you would like to view
(opens in a browser)
