Deployment without icon on the desktop

I’m would like deployment Avast but without icon on the desktop.
How I can do ?

You can easily remove the icon on the taskbar, by modifying the group settings, see the attached image. :wink:

Thanks you for answer but, I do not want remove the icone of the taskbar but i want delete desktop icon.

Ok… apologize for the inconvenience, but I think it’s impossible for now.

But we hope that avast team! will insert this feature in next version…

depending on which OS you run your domain with you could use GROUP POLICY to delete the icon, just be sure you run the GP as admin (so not in user context)
if you cant make use of GP then you can try a login script for it

i would love to see a more controlled deploy as well for how we can configure software to be installed, the icon is one of the parts to be controlled
