I have done a full scan of my mac.
At the end it gives the report of the things it will remove.
In the list is a full list of programs it will remove.
How do I deselect this as I want to keep all of them but still keep the other options it wants to delete.

I do not understand what exactly are you asking about. In the Results of a scan, there is a list of detected infections. User can doe nothing, delete currently selected files or (probably safer) chest currently selected files. You can select files by ticking checkbox in front of the specific lines, or you can use the checkbox in the title (in Path section) to select/unselect all.
