Download and install this Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware version 1.43 its free, and will get this nasty piece of malware off your pc.http://www.malwarebytes.org/ It is listed here, http://www.malwarebytes.org/malwarenet.php as number 1238 on that page as of the time of this replyas one of the rogues malwarebytes safely removes.
Files that can’t be scanned are just that, not an indication they are suspicious/infected, just unable to be scanned.
Many programs (usually security based ones) password protect their files for legitimate reasons such as AdAware and Spybot Search & Destroy, there are others (and avast doesn’t know the password or have any way of using it even if it did know it).
I think in this case when we are in a situation of trying to remove malware and not during a routine scan, things have to be treated with more suspicion.
Given that some of these are .tmp files in the temp folder, there really shouldn’t be any reason why they should return the file could not be scanned! notification. Also none of the file locations are related to other security software which would legitimately protect its data.
In fact this isn’t a scan by the regular avast scanner but the “avast! Virus Cleaner Tool - version 1.0.211 Unicode” This is only looking for a small number of viruses and worm infections as listed on the page that the aswclnr.exe was downloaded from.

As from the above you will see that the “avast! Virus Cleaner Tool - version 1.0.211 Unicode” is very limited in what it detects (and cleans) the main avast! antivirus would be more relevant when scanning for malware. You have to install that however, if you have it installed then that is what you should run. Plus (and or if you haven’t got it installed), then use the other tools and cleaning links to try to remove it.
thank u to everyone for ur suggestions ive been trying to remove this file for a week and in a manner of hours with ur help its gone! thank u all soo much!
