I can’t connect to my devices from the website. None of the remote commands work. My account is current and the mobile app is currently up to date.
I’m sure how to resolve this issue. It has worked in the past and the website site shows last contact 1/29/18
I’m using Advast Mobile Security Pro ver 6.9.3
Hi, please try to disconnect and reconnect your device to the account:
- open the app → tap on Menu → Avast Account → Disconnect → Sign out
- select exactly the same method for login you use on my.avast.com (with Google, Facebook, or E-mail)
- follow on-screen instructions to link the app to your My Avast Account
If the problem persists, you can try a so-called “ultimate” solution:
- uninstall ALL Avast apps (remove the Avast Antivirus from Device Administrators first)
- check there is no “Avast” in your device Settings → Accounts
- remove the device from the Avast My Account
- only then install the Avast apps back and log them back in the My Account
