Device got lost in Website.

Hi,

I deinstalled Avast including Antitheft from device an removed the device from the website.
Now I have installed Avast and Antitheft again, but I am not able to get the device shown up in the Website.

What I have tried is to disconnect the connection to my Avast account but then I get the error message … disconnecting …
and then “The service is temporarily not available”…

Any hint how to fix this?

yes problem still occurs, I tried it some minutes ago.

Edit:
Is there any chance to deinstall AT completely including the loss of the registration to Avast account.
I use root installation of AT, and already deinstalled AT.
But after new installation the device was already registered to the avast account without showing up in the webpage.
My idea is to wipe AT completely and using a new Avast account to register the device again.

There is some issues in communication, sometimes. So uninstall AMS & Anti-Theft, and check again if it works.

I have uninstelled and reinstalled AT at least 7-8 times without any success.
After each installation the device is still connected to the avast account, without any chance to disconnect from the account.

What will happen, if I wipe my phone completely with a factory reset and start from scratch?
Is there a chance to get AT working again?

this is the core of the problem, although the device is connected to the avast account it is not showing up within the administration website.
