I have a laptop that I occasionally take out of the building. I have brought it back several times, however it is not recognized by avast!. I notice that the IP address in the avast! network page does not match the IP address on the machine. How do I get this to sync up?

- Which version…?
- OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)
- Other security related software installed…?

Avast Business basic antivirus
OS, win7 64bit
related software installed, 360 total security
You need to choose which one you want to use and remove the other completely.

Did you mean the 360 total security? I’m using chinese version which come separately into anti-malware and antivirus. i’m sure about that coz i’m using same avast with 360 together for long time without that problem.
