Once I AntiTheft installed, I put a pin and then connect the phone to my Avast web account. Nevertheless, the relevant mobile phone is displayed in red and not in green and a connection is not completed. Why is that, I have forgotten something?

what version of Anti-Theft do you have? And your phone? Did you pair your account correctly? And maybe a silly question, but have you enabled Anti-Theft itself? :slight_smile:
