Hi, any idea why is it shown?
This sort of thing used to happen a lot when Business Cloud was first launched, but I haven’t seen it in a long time, and it usually cleared itself eventually if I remember.
Try pushing out an update task from the console to make sure it gets the hint.
If it is just one (or a few) machines visit the machine and make sure it is all OK on that side and worst case try removing the device from the console to uninstall and do a clean reinstall of Avast.
If that doesn’t fix it, you will probably have to ask support to check the database info for the machine in the console; it might be a corruption.
