I cannot find any documentation or reference to the maximum number of devices that you can technically add and manage and what is the licenced allowed maximum of devices allowed - with Avast For Business Free edition.
There ar emany references in news articles that it is aimed at the SMB market and also references to 100 users or less.
However, what are the exact limits?
Note: We have around 200 devices so we want to know if we can use Avast for Business Free legally.

Thanks Asyn. What is the allowed maximum of devices the system will allow and are there any restrictions, such as the portal will not manage more than X amount. Are there any legal max amount of devices? Also, I don’t suppose there is any document or reference to this anyway?

With 200 devices (and growing?), I would say get the paid version as it offers more control/options.

I Believe the device limit is 1,000 or around that limit. For larger installs you would need to use the Avast Enterprise Admin Console.
Also, it is completely free, yes even business use. However it does have limitations, such as no MSI package for deployment and it does not run on servers, unless you pay for the premium version. You can purchase the premium version directly from the interface, or through a local reseller (reseller may have special pricing for you)
