Hi, I recently switched back over to Avast and for some reason I cannot link my device to my account. I have logged in on the software and when I click ‘Manage Account’ it takes me to my account in the browser and doesn’t display my device being linked to the account? Cheers

I have the same issue as stated in the subject. I have 3 devices, but only 2 show as devices under my account.
I have read the FAQs which simply states the following:
After you connect a device to your Avast Account, the device appears in your list of connected devices, but it may require several minutes before the security status and other device information appears on the page. The device status is not updated in real-time due to the large amount of data that we process. Please be patient and check again later.
It has been weeks now and the device does not appear in my list of connected devices.
Any other ideas please? TIA.

I’m not sure the OS and Avast versions are that relevant, as one of my Windows 10 device has not linked with my Avast account for a long while now, thru different Windows 10 builds and Avast versions and another Windows 10 device on the same network, that is linked.
Windows 10 Pro version 1803 (OS build 17134.228) 64-bit.
Avast free edition 18.6.2349 (build 18.63983.0).
I’m not even sure if the devices portion even functions. All my devices show off line.
I’m typing this on one and, the other device is busy updating.
