When I log into the Cloud my device is not there. :-\
Interesting, business.avast.com is apparently a different webpage, but login works at /business. How confusing.

That is correct, for the cloud version you have to login at business.avast.com Once logged into either site /business or business.avast.com you can load either site without having to login again.
