Are you running Cybersitter?, it doesn’t seem to be filtering pron or what you mentin at the top of your post:
C:\WINDOWS\Cyb2k.exe
O4 - HKLM..\Run: [C2K] C:\WINDOWS\Cyb2k.exe

I assume you are using an Netgear wireless router?

I don’t see this in my HJT log (XP Pro), nor is it a running process in Task Manager (is it running in yours), so that would make me a little suspicious.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\RUNDLL32.EXE
See http://windowsxp.mvps.org/rundll32.htm

But other than that it looks clear.

If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it.

  1. Ad-Aware
  2. Spybot Search and Destroy
  3. Spywareblaster Don’t install this until you are clean.

Yes i installed cybersitter as it generates the log file

I should really have asked this first, what makes you think you have a dialer problem, symptoms, etc.?
If you are using a wireless router, then you aren’t using a dial-up connection and aren’t personally vulnerable to its payload (dialing premium rate numbers).

Did you not read what I said about this C:\WINDOWS\system32\RUNDLL32.EXE or visit the link to try and find out if this a ligitimate use?

This still doesn’t look like the full log, there is no header information (see my quote on header previously). HJT Information HiJackThis Tutorial 1 or HiJackThis Tutorial 2

Did you install this, do you use it? - if not they aren’t essential so could be fixed.

ok this is my full hijackthis file

i have reinstalled windows AGAIN!
however it keeps coming back

Sorry I’m still none the wiser about what it is that keeps coming back?

I should really have asked this first, what makes you think you have a dialer problem, symptoms, etc.?
I don't see this in my HJT log (XP Pro), nor is it a running process in Task Manager (is it running in yours), so that would make me a little suspicious. C:\WINDOWS\system32\RUNDLL32.EXE See http://windowsxp.mvps.org/rundll32.htm
Still waiting for an answer to these, without answers I'm quessing.

You still have half a firewall, so no outbound protection, if something does get on your system, there is nothing to stop it connecting to the internet to reap more havoc.

I still can’t see anything obvious, nor does the on-line analysis and certainly nothing we haven’t covered previously.

 Perhaps it may be useful if you ran Ewido’s “Complete
System Scan” & posted its results here !?
