Did a through scan but still not c drive

I have posted this problem before but i did a through scan it took hours and the report read unable to scn c drive [my hard drive] soemthink // registry fix ?? what is the point of having a AVG IF IT IS NOT DOING A THROUGH JOB

Haven’t a clue about what you are on about AVG, this is the support forum for avast! antivirus not AVG.

I have checked for any exclusions and have none at the end of the last scan ii said something registry ?? I think i will cahnge my anti virus to another one as i,m unhappy with Avast

That is your choice, but would it not be better to try and resolve the problem. There are people prepared to help you but if you want to give up there is little we can do.

I have now changed my anti virus to another programme so therefore i will no longer be using Avast as my anti vrus
