Hi guys,
Last night, at least for macOS users, the software designed to block unwanted app installations ended up doing just the opposite.
Avast’s own “SecureLine VPN” was quietly added to the system, complete with an unfamiliar icon in the macOS menubar. When clicked, it attempts to mislead users into pressing a “connect” button that promises to cost money if activated. This all happened while users were trying to manage their network settings, like their router’s IP address 192.168.0.1.
Many users were left puzzled about how to uninstall this intrusive software.Like me anyone faced past just share your thoughts with me , please share your opinions with me,Thank you.
