I did a full scan on my computer and at the end it said that there where some files it couldnt do something with
I went to the Scan results page where you can put the files into a chest, delete, repair or do nothing.
To do something i need to click the file.
Problem is i cant click the file
file shows up as
q:\140062.enf.vfs\csidl_windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft with more writing after it
How do i fix this problem or is my computer being hacked into?
what was the full error message ?
if the error was that that files could not be scanned it does not mean that they are infected, only that it could not be scanned for whatever reason

after install click update so you have latest database before scan
click the remove selected button to quarantine anything found

Check your computer for malware with Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (MBAM).
· Download free http://www.malwarebytes.org/ (the blue button) for an on-demand scanner.
· Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
· After install, click update so you have latest database before scanning.
· Under Settings:
o General: Automatically Save File After Scan Completes is checked off
o Scanner Settings: Check all boxes
o Updater: Download and install update if available is checked off
· Once the program has loaded, select “Perform FULL Scan”, then click Scan.
· The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
· When the disinfection scan is complete, a log will appear in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note).
· Click the “remove selected” button to quarantine anything found. You will find the infection details under the Quarantine tab.
· The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
· Copy & Paste the entire report in your next reply.
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts – Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process; If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.
I am updating avast, running full scan, virus is found, I request to move to chest (and delete). No other programs are running.

You could enable a boot time scan. From the avastUI, Scan Computer, Boot-time Scan, Schedule Now button and reboot.
Look in the C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Alwil Software\Avast5\report\aswBoot.txt file, check this file using notepad for info on the scan/detections, etc.
Deletion isn’t really a good first option (you have none left), ‘first do no harm’ don’t delete, send virus to the chest (a protected area) and investigate.
What is the malware name, the infected file name, where was it found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?
