didnot receive the email or order ID

Hello, I am a consumer in China. I paid a one-year Avast Premium Security last February and it should expire on February 26, 2022.

But yesterday my credit card was charged by the “DRI*AV”. I did not receive any email from avast and did not know the order ID. I checked the junk/spam and I am pretty sure my email address is correct - I checked my avast account settings and it showed that my primary email is correct.

So would you tell me how can I find my order-ID since I really did not receive the order email?

The instruction asks me to “Locate the order confirmation email”, but I did not receive the email at all——also I already checked the junk folder.

So where can I find a service email address?

Just enter/use 00000000 (Order-ID) and explain it in your request.
