didnt got a license after purchase

I did purchase a new license for 3 PC’s but didnt got my License Key.
I think i did a typo in my E-mail adreess.
What can i do now ?

Well if you have successfully created a support ticket, you have to wait for a response. Other than a possible auto response email (?) your message has to be read and then investigated.

They have to find a record of your transaction/purchase, which can be difficult if you have entered the wrong email address and without a record of your order ID (as that would have been sent to the incorrect email address).

Well i got an answer per mail.
Not sure if its an autoreply but def not like they had the intention of helping me.
Here is what they send back to me :

„Dear customer,

we are sorry, but our records show no valid purchases with the e-mail address you specified.

Please make sure the information you supplied is correct, and the original purchase was carried out using this email address.

If you purchased your license from an Avast reseller please contact the reseller directly (http://www.avast.com/locate-dealer).

Looks to me they just dont care!?

I did buy it from the app it self. I wasnt taking attention if i was loged in.
Since it was the free version of the app it kept asking me to „Upgrade“.
So i wanted to get the key, without success.
Later i realized i on my my Bank data that i did actualy pay 50€ But didnt got a Key.

As I said it can be difficult to track something down when you (and they) don’t know what email you used.

If you made a typo in the email and they are searching for the email address you used in the support ticket they won’t find anything. You need to make it clear you didn’t use the email used in the ticket, typo, etc.

They need as much information that you can give to try and track it down, date time of order, the bank it was made against, for which product and any other information you can give.

You won’t have received a key if you made a typo on the email as that is where it would have been sent.
