Difference in Avast Pro and Avast internet security

I have been running Avast pro for two years. It is expiring in 10 days. So i got a prompt to renew it today. . Not paying attention i now have upgraded to Avast internet security. My question is: Is Avast internet security as good as Avast pro? It seems i have more protection items because i upgraded to firewall protection as well. So did i increase my Avast security by now using Avast I.S instead of Avast pro?
Thanks
Keith

Although I know you are ( were ) using the Sandbox ( with Avast Pro ) as well, a small Tutorial as I know sometimes users have no idea what to do with it.:

A quick start guide for the Sandbox.

Most important is to Sandbox your browser(s).
But first, if you are using an Administrator account, go to :

Avast - Settings - Tools - Sandbox - Customise - Parameters - select “Drop administrative rights etc.” - Ok - Ok.

Now go to :

( Avast - Settings - Tools - Sandbox - Customise - ) Virtualised processes - Add - select the executable(s) from your brower(s) - Ok - Ok.

But there is also another way to Sandbox ( your browser(s) ) :

Right click on a Shortcut ( from your browser(s) ) and choose “Run inside sandbox” or “Always run inside sandbox”.
And when you have chosen “Always run inside sandbox”, you can right click on the Shortcut again and choose “Run outside sandbox” or “Always run outside sandbox”.

Also regulary delete your Sandbox contents. You can even scedule it if you like. Go to :

( Avast - Settings - Tools - Sandbox - Customise - ) Webbrowsers - Maintenance - Delete contents.

When the sandbox is still in use, you can not delete it. A reboot will solve that.

Or deselect “Cache web browser’s files ( sandbox will not be automatically deleted )” which is a safer option.

If you have more questions, feel free to ask.

Good info Greetz. Thanks for the guidance. I will use the sandbox more now.
Thanks again
