hi. a week or 2 ago i purchased avast 5. i paid digital river 29.99 quid via paypal. it was a saturday evening which is probably not the best time to make a payment in some cases. next day i was informed the payment had failed and that i should try again. so i tried again and ended up paying for 2 licences. so i comntacted digital river and was able to claim back one of the payments. and now of course i have no updatesv as no licence key i enter will be accepted. i should really get back in touch with them but thought i might try my luck in here. open to suggestions. g
