Does Avast still use Digital River US to process orders? There hasn’t been a transaction since 2016. I want to remove them from my active PayPal list but am afraid if I do, future Avast orders won’t go through.

Digital River has been bankrupt for a year, so Avast obviously no longer uses it.

Valid cards, money ok, but payment unsuccessful

We are talking about this topic, even if it is a PayPal payment, the common denominator is payment via Digital River, which went bankrupt last May. [DR-bankruptcy] For the moment, avast has not communicated anything about this and has not made any changes to our online accounts to modify our payment information. Perhaps you could try contacting them via support if it is urgent?
