I was wondering if anyone got the direct download link for Avast 9 updates. I understand it’s a different file than version 5 to 8. Thanks for your help. (looking for update 131021)

I’ve only asked for it a million times and even E-mailed Pavels (And never got a reply.)
I’ll probably wait another week or 2 or even a month before upgrading … until I read here on the Forums and get a good feel that the avast 2014 issues have been fixed.
Right now I’m having computer problems as it is. I don’t want to introduce another unknown new factor into the equation right now. I want to first get a handle on my computer problems.

It is very interesting to see the drastic difference between the file sizes of the old avast VPS (105 Meg) … vs. 38.1 Meg for avast 2014! :o
