Direct x destroys AVG

I have a multiple e-mail sender and can’t get rid of it. I used highjack to remove the below but it keeps coming back
O23 - Service: DirectX Service (Nadug) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\directx.exe

It also has inactivated AVG. I reinstalled AVG but I am informed that the service cannot be started.
