Disable Avast Splash Screen in Outlook?

I just installed Avast 5. Now, when Outlook starts, I get an Avast splash screen. Any way to turn that off?

Hi!
Might be helpful to know which OS in which version is used, even which OutLook.
(Do not use OL myself, so I cant not deal with the problem anyway).

open avast! > Real-Time Shield > Mail Shield > Expert Settings > Behavior > MS Outlook only: show splash screen ( remove tic )
