Hey there i have question for alwil guys.I want to use the lcars skin but i don’t want to use sounds with it so can i disable the sounds somehow?

Program Settings…\Sounds
Sound in skins are “embedded”, the sound option in the settings is only for the standard Avast sound iirc. It is (to my knowledge) not possible to disable a skin-sound.
Yes you can in menu i mentioned. Just click Settings… button and search for avast! entry ubnder sounds. There you can control or disable all sounds in avast!.
Rejzor the lcars skin has embedded sounds like eddy said(sasha also told me the same) and the setting you mention only disables avast! sounds not the skin sounds in lcars.Just download the lcars skin and try it yourself and you will see for yourself.Thanks for trying to help out BTW.

Oh,i didn’t know you’re talking about LCARS skin. Only way to disable those is to edit skin with ActiveSkin and remove those sounds.
Hmmm i’ve never used ActiveSkin how do i do that?

Skin is exactly the same as the one originally made by Sasha. I just removed sounds from it. Haven’t even touched any credits notes or anything. Just please use it only by yourself unless sZc gives you permission to give it to other users.

Everybody happy… that’s what I like… hehe, I would prefer if you guys asked me prior changing it, but since it comes from my friends, everything is fine.
RejZoR, thanks for removing the link… that version of the skin shouldn’t “circle” around since it’s not the original full version of Lcars skin… this is custom “redesigned” version without sounds, and I’m sure all those Lcars lovers who asked me once to make this skin, would still prefer “loud” version… ;D
