disabling ***SPAM*** from appearing in subject line

Hello all, I am having some issues with the antispam module. I have disabled it in outlook as we have GFI that handles it. I have also set the avastcfg://antispamshield/antispam/subjectforsmapmsg to blank, but I have some users still getting the SPAM message on some of their emails that are not spam. I am running SOA 1.2.2.8 with EPS program version 7.0.1455

Hi,
I suggest you first to update SOA console to version 1.2.2.28.
Are you sure it depends by avast and not to your mail provider?

isn’t SOA 1.2.2.8 newer than 1.2.2.28? Also it just started when I put avast on the exchange server, so I know its something to do with avast. It seems like it happens randomly every couple of days.
