Hi,
My avast internet security has run out and even though I have a license valid until 219 that was issued under the old rewards scheme I cannot use it because I missed the cut off point last April
So,
I started on the new reward scheme and managed to acquire an entitlement to 6 months of internet security and when I got home tonight I attempted to activate that entitlement but after the download and reboot I am still being told that my licence has expired and furthermore my rewards option under the menu at the top right has disappeared so I’ve not only lost the 12 months I earned previously but now the 6 months I worked for under the new scheme.
The image shows what I get if I try to use the license provided under the last scheme, however the licence doesn’t ‘stick’ and it reverts back to unlicensed
Can anyone help?
