Disconnected from VPN

SecureLine has functioned perfectely well up til the present, but I have now been disconnected from the service, and it is reqesting a license number which I have never been supplied with. Can you please advise?
I purchased\paid for AvastSecure Line on the 31\10\2016. I paid £34.99 for a 2 year license. PayPal transaction Id 4TA63261WM8811255.
