discount.s3blog.org is a dangerous webpage?

Hello,

For about two days, Acast has been constantly warning me about ‘discount.s3blog.org’ when I enter various websites.
How can I stop the problem that the message keeps appearing and doesn’t get in the way?
In a browser forum, I was advised to stop using Avast and uninstall it.
I have been using Download Manager S3 in Firefox for many years.
I have now uninstalled it because of these messages and deleted the browser add-on.
This hasn’t made any difference, however.
Avast constantly reports this problem when I use various websites.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for the post and for the links!

What can I do to make Avast stop sending these messages?
They really bother me.

Are you an Avast employee or are there any Avast employees here?

Best regards

No, I am a community member, volunteer cold recon 3rd-party website security analyst, and website error-hunter.
That means we have to wait for a final verdict by avast or a change to their detecting it.

Mind the IP has vulnerabilities on the server/resolver and application > 135.125.200.201

So wait for a final verdict by avast’s,

Hello,

Thank you very much again!
Could it be said that the blacklist used by Avast is flawed?

Have you submitted a False Positive report to Avast using:

Hello,

Thanks.
I didn’t know about this site.

What should I enter under “Detection name”?

I’m also not sure what I should enter under “Website URL”!
I never access the website directly.
The message appears when I access various other websites.
I once installed a Firefox add-on called S3 Download Manager.
I also installed a Firefox add-on called ForecastFox.

Both work with S3 Blog.
Uninstalling it didn’t stop the message from appearing.

Best regards

URL:Blacklist

URL…discount-s3blog-org

That’s what I would enter anyway.
It would also be a good idea to include a link to this forum thread.
