Disgusting technical support in Russia

Hello.

We are using Avast for two years in our company. About two months ago we for the first time tried to get technical support.

In Russia Avast is supported by http://avast.ru, firstly I wrote letter to info@avast.ru with a question, after hour without answer I started new subject in their forum (http://www.avsoft.ru/forum/read.php?FID=17&TID=9532). After next hour without answers I wrote to sales@avsoft.ru.
I have not got any answer to my letters by email since 30 May 2011!

Today we have repeated our attempts to initiate conversation, we start talking by ICQ but expectly have not receive any answer. Only after talking by phone we discover that support engineer is Aleksey Tarasov, but he is absent for now, and nobody can help us.

Hour ago we get first letter from Aleksey Tarasov and started to resolve our issue. Note, that in happened after 1,5 months after initial request of technical support.

Yep. These guys provide support for us.

I have not find contacts of Avast’s customers service, so I put my story here to attract Avast’s management attention to bad technical support in Russia.

Some one should PM Vlk to give him an attention to the issue you are having problem with the Avast technical support in Russia
