Recently, whenever I wake up my computer from sleep, the Disk usage goes to 100% and stays there for anywhere from 10-40 minutes.
Performance meter says the Process using all the Disk is System, but the file is …\AVAST\Iscache.dat. It’s writing 5-6 Mbits per second here.
System is too important a process to halt, and not sure why it’s accessing an Avast file. Avast itself doesn’t show any activity.
This really impacts performance until the Disk usage drops. Help!
