dllhost *32 loading multiple times and IE issues - need some help

My computer caught something and I cannot get rid of it. Need some help please.
dllhost *32 is loading multiple times. I see multiple IE loading also. My avast anti-virus is randomly reporting that it’s blocking something related to IE.
When I go in and reset IE to original settings, it will change after a while and not allow downloads.
Any one able to help me out?

Here are my log files from MBAM, FRST and aswMBR. Although the aswMBR tool seems to get stuck and not finish. it ran for about 1:15 hr before I grabbed the log file. It just stalled.

Let me know if this stops it

CAUTION : This fix is only valid for this specific machine, using it on another may break your computer

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:

Save this as fixlist.txt, in the same location as FRST.exe
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

So I did as you recommended and ran FRST with the fixlist.txt file.
It ran for over an hour and now shows that the FRST program has stopped responding.

What would you suggest I do next?

Close FRST please and then run a fresh scan

I actually had to reboot. The system froze.
I ran the FRST scan and I’ve attached the latest scan results.

Also, the system seems to be better if not fixed completely. Thx

OK poweliks has gone, I have had a few instances where the empty temp command can cause a freeze if there are a lot of files to clear

How is the computer behaving ?

Clear Cache/Temp Files
Download TFC by OldTimer to your desktop

[*] Please double-click TFC.exe to run it. (Note: If you are running on Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator).
[*]It will close all programs when run, so make sure you have saved all your work before you begin.
[*]Click the Start button to begin the process. Depending on how often you clean temp files, execution time should be anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or two. Let it run uninterrupted to completion.
[*]Once it’s finished it should reboot your machine. If it does not, please manually reboot the machine yourself to ensure a complete clean.

1st, let me say that my computer seems to be better.
When I ran TFC.exe, it appeared to run fine but didn’t finish normally. It stalled. The whole computer froze.
I rebooted and tried to run TFC.exe again but it became non-responsive very quickly.

Is there possibly something else going on?

No that just suggest that there are a load of temp files that need to be removed, or one of them is locked for some reason. Nothing to be overly concerned about

In that case methinks I will send you on your merry way

Subject to no further problems

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean

A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

Download and run Delfix

: Keep Java Updated :

WARNING: Java is the #1 exploited program at this time. The Department of Homeland Security recommends that computer users disable Java
See this article

I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
In that instance I would recommend that you disable Java in your browsers until you need it for that software and then enable it. (See How to diasble Java in your web browser and How to unplug Java from the browser)

Now that you are clean, to help protect your computer in the future I recommend that you get the following free programmes:

CryptoPrevent install this programme to lock down and prevent crypto ransome ware
