I have avast free anti-virus and i was looking up a mac osx wallpaper to put on my vista so it looks better. i open the link to copy the picture and i got an avast notification saying something like a threat has been detected. It was malware. I opened avast and it said it moved it to the chest so i looked there and it wasn’t in there. I am doing a full scan now. Do you think my system is safe? James
Your scan will tell you if its still present and what to do!
I would also run Malwarebytes just to be safe 
I was going to wait on the avast to finsh and then run a malware bytes. My mac hard drive went out on me so i am borrowing my dads computer
