I bought a license for Avast Premier, Avast Cleanup Premium and Secureline VPN. Do I need an upgrade to Windows 10 E 5 ? as my operating system doesn`t have attack surface reduction and network protection ?

No, I don`t have such plans.
Network protection is assured by Avast , right? but how about the attack surface reduction ?
