With my Avast Premium Security subscription, do I still need to use Malware Bytes, or am I protected by my Avast subscription?

If you have a premium version of any antivirus program or Malwarebytes then you have full protection (well nothing is 100%) Program name is just that a name .... could have been named anything

Malware = short for “Malicious software” meaning all programs that can harm your computer, like computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, rogue software, and scareware…

So all virus are malware, but all malware is not virus :wink:

As stated by Pondus, you should be well protected by Avast Premium.
If you do encounter malware, you can always download Malwarebytes (free version) and then run a on-demand scan for a second opinion if needed.
It is advised not to have two Antivirus/Anti-malware products active together on your system at one time.
