Do someone expiriencing slow browser work with Avast or taskbar lag on Win10 ?

My taskbar sometimes freezed, and only restart helps. I read on some win forums it’s about conflict between build-in firewall and avast.

Also slow browsing on Firefox from win 10 and see Avast icon in tray always rolling.

Not, sure if it 100% Avast, but may be someone have similar problems?
