My Avast account still flags phone as lost - untrusted sim is installed apparently. I have the usual 3 sim and an o2 sim.

Hi, it also depends on the device’s solution for 2 or more SIM support. We can work only with the official solution by Android, so when there is any custom SDK from the producer, there is not much we can do.

There is, you could try working with phone manufacturers to support their implementation of dual sim. For you to say there is not much you can do is lazy at best and incompetent at worst. Probably work with the biggest phone manufacturers first and work your way down to the smallest. P.S. I know working with phone manufacturers is going to be hard work and probably not worth the headache, but that option is always there.
