Yes, its the entreprise version of Windows OneCare Live. Like a lot os MS Apps its very resources consuming:
“Minimum 1 GB of RAM; 4 GB RAM recommended”
“Computer with a minimum 1GHz processor; dual 2.85 GHz or faster processor recommended”
