Awnser: Yes.

Apple does have a monopoly in the digital download market. (80% i believe) and in the MP3 player marker (again about 80%)

Apple does not let anyone else use FairPlay (so iTunes songs play only on iPod’s) other companies do this too like with the Zune and Zune marketplace. But it is wrong. The music you buy should be able to be played on any mp3 player.

Apple can restrict Mac OS X because it owns it but Apple DOES NOT own the music and has no right to restrict it to only their player, This goes for all online music store not just iTunes. Give us our music without all the DRM crap >:(

Oh and no one has hacked into my account that really is me bashing apple above. :o

Funny… ;D ;D

But how do we know this is really you ? ;D

Because im still against installing OS X on PCs (that should prove it for bob anyway ;D)

Seriously I Love all of apple’s products, I just dont like DRM Which the record industry shoves down Microsoft and apple’s throats
