Does AVAST conflict with Virtualbox?GuestOS couldn't start!

Vbox4.3.12 can start GuestOS,but 4.3.12+ has problem,couldn’t start GuestOS,some people see the error said it’s AVAST conflict with Virtualbox,so how to fix it?
