I have Avast free & Avast Cleanup Premium. The scan shows no viruses. The cleaner shows 100% optimized. However, over the past month I am getting a popup window with voice messages telling me I have a dangerous virus and must call the onscreen phone number. It locks up my computer until I restart it. They also call my home and say they are Microsoft, but they are not. I’ve searched online and found that it is likely adware. So my question is: Does Avast free or Avast Cleanup Premium include adware & malware removal? If so, how do I access it?
