Does Avast Mac Security block 3rd party VPN Client?

I am using macOS Mojave 10.14.6 with Avast Premium Security for Mac, Firewall LittleSnitch and VPN Unlimited from KeepSolid.
VPN did work in the past but after installing ?!? Avast the VPN Client tries to create the VPN connection but afterwards there is no connection to the internet net possible. the connection will not be created successfully but blocks all connections.

does avast block in any 3rd party vpn connection?

I am not using Avast VPN and don’t want to.

The Avast SecureLine VPN requires a license so it’s not likely connecting. One thing to test is to disable the little snitch firewall as it may consider the VPN client suspicious and then test again and report back
