Hello,

Does Avast work with ThirdParty VPN? If YES, please answer the two queries below:

What are the configurations required, if any?
2. Will the thirdparty tunnel calls go through the Avast SecurePrivateLine tunnel? Since SecurePrivateLine is present even with the free version, only not active.

Yes.

You don’t need to do anything.
You can remove the SecureLine Component via Settings > Components > SecureLine VPN.
