when a virus attack my files EXE Files i wont to cleaning it but avast just delete them

It does and avast! 5 is more effective at doing this than avast! 4.8, but still, not many files can actually be repaired. Parite.B file infector for example can be, some Virut and Sality samples as well, but most of them are buggy and corrupt files beyond repairable.
avast can do it but doctor web cureit does it much much better

which virus family do you want to clean with avast?
i don’t know but in KAV or AVIRA
there is a button called Disinficted “in KAV” or "rebair’ in avira
that clean my EXE files like “any program”
but in avast there is no rebair ONLY DELETE file.

The best action is to quarantine the files by moving them to the chest. Under this system, your computer will not be harmed by the infected files. A lot of malware can be quarantined over healing.

I believe that in fact avast does try to repair automatically the file if it detects that it might be able to repair it, hence there is no “fix” button like in KAV or Avira…
