Does free AVAST change DNS to 127.0.0.1 ???

Hi,

I just realized that after installation free AVAST on Win7 my DNS changed to 127.0.0.1. How to prevent this and revert back my DNS DHCP configuration?

Your DNS settings are not change to the localhost.
If they where, you would not be able to open websites by using their name.

Where do you see your DNS is set to 127.0.0.1?

127.0.0.1 is your Local Host
