Does Not Allow Services to Run On Startup

I have 2 programs that need to run as a service when windows starts. The only way I can get them to run at start up now is if I totally disable Avast!
I have excluded their folders in the settings. What else is needed?

Try settings/troubleshooting and tick the box to start avast after other processes.

Also the exclusions in settings are only for on demand scans.

Your suggestion does not work.
However, disabling Avast does allow it to work correctly.

hi alan93,

No word yet on what these services are, could you provide? Processes or services, or both?

Playon it is a DLNA server and it runs with the service c:\program files (x86)\MediaMall\MediaMallServer.exe
