Does not connect with any server!

Already 3 weeks does not connect with any VPN server! I am already delete and install few times, but it does not work.
In my iPhone it working without any problems, but on the MacBook not… I write already 3 times to official support, but they did not answer to me nothing…
I hope someone will help me here… :frowning:

If you uninstall iPhone version and then install on MacBook, does it work now? (Single-user license)

Or, do you have a multi-user license?

I have multi-user license and on my MacBook its not working! In my iPhone working!
