As you have submitted a ticket, you have to wait for avast to handle it.
Just have patience.
I have been having the same problem since last night (13 October 2017) and this morning (14 Oct 2017). I am unable to establish a connection from Australia to any other country.
I have the same problem which I reported two days ago.
I’ve the same prob, did anyone reach a clue? plz help
